GetBlock, a Tier 1 RPC node provider and Web3 infrastructure platform, announces the release of its Solana Pro RPC node solution package. Offering an entirely new level of performance and composability, Solana Pro is built to outperform traditional SOL API endpoints.
GetBlock launches Solana Pro, a SOL RPC API
Solana Pro, a RPC node package for ultra-fast access to Solana blockchain, debuts on GetBlock Web3 infrastructure platform.
With Solana Pro, dApps can broadcast and retrieve Solana data 2x faster while leveraging a market-leading suite of add-ons, indexes, and APIs.
Instead of the normally available 300 requests per second (RPS), Solana Pro hits 500+ RPS speed while the cluster of 4+ nodes might speed up to 1000+ RPS.
The solution is accompanied with a feature-rich stack of plugins including Jito, Yellowstone Geyser gRPC, ORE mining clients, and so on.
Also, Solana Pro allows GetBlock customers to seamlessly source data from Raydium and Jupiter, two largest Solana’s DeFis. Raydium is also one of the world’s most active dApps vastly outperforming EVM heavyweight Uniswap by monthly DEX volume.
In an exclusive comment, GetBlock CEO Arseniy Voitenko stressed that new solution will address a number of problems Solana devs were facing in recent months:
“First, this is a huge win for GetBlock. Finally, we’ve successfully overcome the hurdles associated with Solana’s infrastructure. We tried a whole ton of the configurations to be sure that our solution is the most resource-effective one. Solana Pro benefits from all the hard-won lessons GetBlock gained deploying and maintaining Solana full nodes. Speaking about self-hosted nodes, by no means is Solana node management friendly. As such, feel free to try our private RPC node APIs. And last but not least – brace yourself for the archive Solana Pro release since it is exactly what our team is laser-focused on right now.”
The Solana Pro package can be set up and requested via the GetBlock account in a couple of clicks. Users are welcome to compose the most suitable RPC solutions for their apps on Solana in a modular Lego-like manner.
GetBlock’s Solana Pro offers newest SDK, APIs and Solana plugins
Besides industry-leading 500+ RPS throughput and 99,9% uptime, Solana Pro arrives with a plethora of extra solutions for Solana nodes access:
- Yellowstone Geyser gRPC plugin, a lightweight data access solution;
- Metaplex Digital Asset Standard (DAS) API for eased management of Solana-based tokens including coins and NFTs.
- Unique API/SDK accessible: Jito fork of Solana’s validator for maximum MEV optimization, ORE software for mining the only Proof-of-Work crypto in SOL ecosystem;
Also, the new package offers streamlined connection to Raydium and Jupiter APIs. With these tools, dApps can automatically retrieve data from largest Solana’s DeFis with ultra-low latency.
GetBlock’s Solana Pro RPC is the platform’s response to the feedback from its customer community. The demand for extremely powerful Solana access is rapidly becoming a reality in Q4 2024.
The solution can be activated in GetBlock’s user accounts via the Dedicated Nodes dashboard. Users are welcome to customize their endpoints (node class, preferred API interface, indexes, plug-ins and add-ons) and choose the most appropriate plan. All long-term packages are available with exclusive discounts.
